Union Voted DOWN at 7 Springs Resort

According to a recent letter to the employees from Eric Mauck, CEO of Seven Springs Resort, on August 27 and 28 the National Labor Relations Board conducted an election at Seven Springs Resort to determine if the employees wanted to be represented by the Teamsters Local 30 of Jeannette. The employees voted down the Teamsters attempt to unionize by a vote of 361 to 59.
