Sandy sat over the Laurel Highlands for 2 days last week and dropped over 20″ of heavy wet snow causing trees and branches to fall and power out in certain areas for 4 days. The snow didn’t stop Hidden Valley from taking over the total amount of property transfers for the year but pending sales may change that story.
