Quality Service Certification Award

Several years ago Prudential Preferred Realty encouraged their independent contractors to become Quality Service Certified (QSC) agents. In today’s market place, it is all about client satisfaction!

After settlement of a property the seller or buyer receives an independent survey from QSC. It contains a few short questions that are answered on a scale of 1-5.  They are asked to rate their agent on various aspects of the sales process, communications, and effectiveness as a REALTOR. Basically, they ask, did the agent do what they said they were going to do?

This is the only recognition in the real estate industry based on INDEPENDENTLY VALIDATED CUSTOMER SATISFATION SURVEY RESULTS.

The Quality Service consumer website offers these ratings and client comments for prospective clients to review when trying to pick an agent to entrust their real estate needs. We were recently notified of receiving the Platinum Service Award for 2009 Platinum Service Award for 2009. This top award is presented in recognition of earning 100% client satisfaction!!

Now we were notified that out of 30,000 other QSC agents in the country our team is in the top 250 for 2009! Our QSC rating of 4.89 out of a possible 5 qualifies us for such recognition.
