Pennsylvania Treasurer Rob McCord shared that $266 million dollars will be alloted for consumers in our state affected by fraudulent mortgage practices. Last week the federal government and 49 state attorney generals came to an aggrement with five of the nations largest mortgage providers – Ally Financial, Bank of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo to pay approximately 25 Billion for irresponsible and fraudulent practices that wrongly forced countless familes from their homes.
