Hidden Valley, PA Home Owner Foundation

Effective November 1, 2010 OMNI Management Services, Inc. from Indianapolis, Indiana is the new provider for foundation services. They currently have contracts with home owner associations in 10 other states. This is a new way of doing business for the association!

Here’s how it’s going to work. Nalini Mowery has been hired as the Executive Director. She is responsible for the day to day operations of the Foundation. Vickie and Chris will still be in the office to help you out.   

Omni will provide off-site staff to manage the accounting side of the association. You will now have four ways to pay your association fees. Mail the payment with a check, pay online through your bank, use the automatic withdrawal (ACH), or online via check or credit card.

Work orders will now be processed through the web. You can call 888-541-0018 or  create a ticket at www.omni-property.com. With the assistance of the HelpDesk software, work orders are viewable by the association team and YOU! The system will track the progress and be able to show you what action has or hasn’t been taken.

Tomorrow happens to be the annual home owners association meeting. It’s at conference Center, 10AM. Try to make it and share your thoughts afterwards!
