Both resorts offer buyers a great choice of inventory in
nearly every community. Many of these homes are highly maintained, detailed,
and turn key. We have not seen this selection of inventory for several years.
We are starting to see more aggressive (lower) pricing.
Remember, buyers and sellers have an
infinite amount of information (good and bad) available to them on the
